Please read carefully before joining

Important Notice

Fees once submitted to The Study Cafe are generally not refundable under any circumstances.

1. General Policy

As mentioned in our admission declaration, seat fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve a specific seat for you, which prevents other students from joining. Therefore, if you discontinue for personal reasons, no refund claim will be entertained.

2. Seat Locking Fees

Any amount paid for "Seat Locking" or "Advance Booking" is completely non-refundable if the student fails to join the library on the promised date.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases of medical emergencies (with valid proof) or unavoidable circumstances, a pro-rata refund may be considered. This decision rests solely with the managing body of "The Study Cafe," and their decision will be final.

4. Jurisdiction

All disputes regarding fees and refunds are subject to Didwana jurisdiction only.
